Oh yes, love that movie, "Yellow Submarine". Though what pisses me off is that whenever I try to talk to anyone about it they usually say, "You need to be on drugs to get that movie." It makes me think, "What? Nobody can be creative without drugs? You can't appreciate anything creative without drugs anymore?" Makes you mad at this kind of thing doesn't it?

Well I think it varies honestly.

I mean drugs have become so infused into our culture that ya can't do anything especially funny or otherwise creative without somebody saying "what the #@(& were they smokin'?"

"Today Pepperland goes Bluey!" It's still a great cartoon even by today's standards.

Concerning the film, I have it on DVD at home ^_^
It's sooo lovely...
I wonder who was animator-sketch-drawer chief in this... I mean, who thought out the look of Yellow Submarine ( it was really cute!!) or flying Glove and others...
The whole film was a great piece of art, in my opinion. And these all Seas, monsters, Meanies Army soldiers - Someone who thought it all sholud get some great award :)

I loved the Blue Meanies, and this rendition makes him look so sinister!
I've always loved the voice of the Meanies' leader, calm then raving-and-drooling.
